1. Scope of Program
Grow Your Photo Biz with Google Ads™ is a self-paced, digital course. It includes pre-recorded videos, PDFs, templates, and other downloadable materials. This program does not include live coaching, personalized feedback, audits, or reviews of your work.

2. Fees and Payment
By purchasing this program, you agree to pay the full program fee or the first installment of the payment plan as selected at checkout.

The program fee is $247 USD (paid in full) or $49/month for 6 months (payment plan).

Access to the program is granted only after payment is received.

All payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Guarantee section below.

Failure to complete payment or agree to these Terms within 24 hours of purchase may result in loss of access to the course.

3. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential any proprietary materials, strategies, trade secrets, or other sensitive information provided within the program. You may not share, distribute, or use the program content for purposes outside your own business without written permission.

9. Force Majeure

Mediation & Arbitration: Disputes will first be submitted to mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Travis County, Texas.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Transfer: This Agreement may not be transferred without written consent from both parties.
